The Supreme Court has scheduled Thursday, April 30, to deliver judgment in the protracted leadership dispute within the African Democratic Congress.
The apex court had earlier reserved judgment in the matter, a development that prompted the opposition party to petition the Chief Justice of Nigeria over delays, citing urgency.
However, on Wednesday, the court confirmed that the ruling would be delivered by 2pm on Thursday.
