The Supreme Court has nullified the national convention of the Peoples Democratic Party held in Ibadan, Oyo State, on November 15 and 16, 2025.
The apex court, in its ruling, invalidated the outcome of the exercise which produced a factional National Executive Committee led by Tanimu Turaki (SAN).
The judgment effectively deals a setback to the Turaki-led faction, casting doubt on the legitimacy of its leadership structure.
