Ngozi Orabueze, the self-styled deputy prime minister and chief of staff of the United States of Biafra (USB), has shared a White House acknowledgement letter bearing the autopen signature of US President Donald Trump.
Orabueze posted the letter on social media platform X, where it quickly drew public attention.
The correspondence, printed on official White House letterhead, appears to follow the structure and wording of a standard form letter typically issued in response to public communications.
In the letter, the US president thanked Orabueze for writing and expressed appreciation for her views.
“Thank you for your letter. I appreciate you taking the time to share your views and concerns with me. Your thoughts are important, and I value the opportunity to hear from citizens like you,” the letter reads.
It further stated that public input helps guide the administration’s efforts and directed readers to the White House website for information on policies and priorities.
The letter concluded with well wishes from the president and First Lady Melania Trump.
Form letters are commonly used by government offices to acknowledge correspondence from members of the public, allowing for consistent responses to a large volume of messages.
