Sowore Announces Bail Hearing for Blord at Federal High Court Abuja

Human rights activist and politician, Omoyele Sowore, has disclosed that a hearing notice has been issued for the bail application of Linus Williams, popularly known as Blord.


According to Sowore, the bail hearing is scheduled to take place at 9:00 a.m. at the Federal High Court in Abuja.


He noted that although the proceedings will be conducted virtually via Zoom, the hearing will formally hold under the authority of the Abuja division of the court.


A copy of the hearing notice shows that the case involves the Inspector General of Police as the plaintiff, with Williams listed as the defendant.

The matter is expected to be heard on April 17, 2026, subject to the court’s schedule.


Further details surrounding the charges against Williams were not immediately disclosed at the time of filing this report.
