President Bola Tinubu has nominated Taiwo Oyedele to serve as the minister of state for finance, sources at the presidency confirmed on Tuesday.
Oyedele is expected to take over from Doris Uzoka-Anite, who is set to move to the Ministry of Budget and Planning as part of a cabinet reshuffle.
The move comes amid efforts by the Tinubu administration to strengthen its team overseeing the nation’s economic and fiscal policies.
