3,000 elders benefit from Tinubu Support Group’s health outreach in Ondo

No fewer than 3,000 elders have benefitted from the free medical outreach organized by the PBAT Mandate Elders’ Forum in Ondo State in the last six months.

The PBAT Mandate Elders’Forum is a support group championing the support and mobilisation for President Bola Tinubu in the state.

The Facilitator of the Group, Elder Demola Ijabiyi, revealed the figure at the March edition of the group’s meeting on Wednesday in Akure.

Ijabiyi explained that the group , though meant to basically advocate the needs for the president’s support, had impacted positively the lives of elders across the state.

According to him, the group, which is sponsored by Minister of Interior, Dr Bunmi Tunji-Ojo, has been helpful on the medical needs of elders free of charge.

The facilitator noted that the feedback from the beneficiaries of the group’s largesse had been overwhelming.

He said that the All Progressives Congress ( APC) in the state had resolved its differences and come together stronger.

He urged people of the state to continue to support the president and carry his good policies and programmes to the grassroots.

Ifabiyi asked members of the group and other Tinubu support group to orientate eligible residents of the state to cast their votes in the subsequent elections.

Also speaking,the Assistant Secretary of the group, Princess Bukky Abike-Oluderu, said that the March edition was to review the programmes of the group and continue on the medical services to the elders.

Abike-Oluderu appreciated the Tinubu-administartion for its laudable projects in the state, saying that the state had never had it so good before.

She appealed especially to women to support the president to succeed, stating that there should be massive encouragement for the president at all levels of the state.
