The lawmaker representing Ikeja Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, James Faleke, has obtained the All Progressives Congress Expression of Interest and Nomination forms on behalf of President Bola Tinubu for the 2027 presidential race.
The documents, which cost ₦100 million, were presented to him on Tuesday at the APC National Secretariat in Abuja by the party’s National Organising Secretary, Sulaiman Argungu.
The move marks an early indication of preparations within the ruling party as attention gradually shifts towards the next general election cycle.
Earlier this month, the APC unveiled the prices for its nomination forms in line with its election timetable.
While the presidential form was fixed at ₦100 million, governorship aspirants are expected to pay ₦50 million, senatorial hopefuls ₦20 million, House of Representatives candidates ₦10 million, and those seeking seats in state assemblies ₦5 million.
