The Dangote Refinery has increased its ex-depot price of Premium Motor Spirit (petrol) by N75, raising the rate from N1,200 to N1,275 per litre.
The new pricing structure was announced on Wednesday, with coastal supply prices also adjusted upward to N1,215 per litre.
The latest hike comes amid rising global crude oil benchmarks, with Brent crude trading around $114.80 per barrel, reflecting a 3.15 per cent increase.
Market data also indicated that Brent crude edged closer to $115 per barrel, while West Texas Intermediate rose to approximately $103 per barrel as of Wednesday.
The development is expected to have implications for domestic fuel pricing and distribution across the country.
