The City Boy Movement in Ondo State has constituted its state executive council, signalling a move to strengthen its organisational structure and deepen its activities across the state.
The announcement was contained in a statement signed by the State Director of Media and Communications, Oluyemi Fasipe, following the group’s inaugural executive meeting.
At the meeting, Oluwafemi Ayejusunle emerged as State Director, while Hon. Tomide Akinribido was named State Coordinator. Fasipe was also confirmed as Director of Media and Communications, with Hon. Princess Wunmi Fayemi appointed as State Women Coordinator and Temitope Iwagun as Treasurer.
Other appointments include Paul Adeniyi as Zonal Coordinator for the Central district, Abiodun Oriade as Director of Special Duties, and Dr. Omosehin Adeyemi-Osowe as Head of the Medical Directorate. Lemuel Akinyele, Olabode Asogbon, and Temitope Eladiya were also listed among members of the executive, alongside other officials assigned to various roles. Bukunmi Olagbegi was named Patron of the movement in the state.
The group said deliberations at the meeting centred on laying a solid foundation for its operations in Ondo State, with emphasis on expanding membership, strengthening internal structures, and driving engagement across communities.
According to the statement, the newly inaugurated leadership expressed readiness to build a coordinated and inclusive movement, while working with stakeholders to advance its objectives within the state.
It added that the maiden executive meeting marked the beginning of a new phase for the organisation as it intensifies efforts to broaden its reach and consolidate its presence across Ondo State.
