A former presidential aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, SKC Ogbonnia, has stirred fresh political intrigue in Enugu State following his recent defection to the African Democratic Congress.
Ogbonnia, a known critic of President Bola Tinubu, formally dumped the APC and was received into the ADC at a well-attended event in his Ugbo ward, Awgu Local Government Area of the state, drawing significant attention from political stakeholders.
At the event, he described the current administration as a threat to Nigeria’s future and positioned the ADC as a viable platform for national redemption, a move that has since generated reactions within both his former and new political parties.
