Shehu Sani Reacts to Air Force One Electrical Fault, Says Only Faith Guarantees Safety

Former Senator Shehu Sani has reacted to the recent incident involving the United States presidential aircraft, Air Force One, which reportedly developed electrical faults shortly after taking off en route to Switzerland.

Reports indicate that the aircraft was forced to return to Joint Base Andrews after the fault was detected. Following the incident, U.S. President Donald Trump proceeded to his destination aboard an alternative aircraft, an Air Force C-32, a modified Boeing 757 commonly used for shorter or domestic trips, as he continued his journey to attend the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Commenting on the development, Shehu Sani, who represented Kaduna Central Senatorial District in the 8th National Assembly, took to social media to share his thoughts. He noted that the incident highlights the limitations of even the most advanced technology.

According to him, if a presidential aircraft worth billions of dollars can experience technical problems mid-air, it serves as a reminder that human safety ultimately lies beyond technology alone. He emphasised that faith remains the only true guarantee of safety in an unpredictable world.

Sani’s remarks have since sparked conversations online about technological reliability and the vulnerability that exists despite modern advancements.
