Senate President Godswill Akpabio has lauded President Bola Tinubu’s administration for steering Nigeria towards a better future through critical economic reforms and renewed national hope.
Speaking recently, Akpabio emphasized that the country is progressively becoming more prosperous and resilient under Tinubu’s leadership.“The National Assembly will continue to support reforms that enhance growth, unity, and stability,” Akpabio affirmed, urging Nigerians to remain patient with the ongoing transformation despite its temporary hardships.
He reassured citizens that the difficulties experienced are part of the process and that the positive impacts of the reforms are starting to take hold.
Akpabio highlighted the importance of collective effort and unity in nation-building, stressing that Nigeria is not irredeemable but rather on the “right pedestal” towards progress. He called on Nigerians to reject pessimistic narratives and join hands to support the Renewed Hope Agenda of the Tinubu administration.
On the occasion of Nigeria’s independence celebrations, Akpabio congratulated citizens at home and abroad, the National Assembly, and other arms of government for their roles in driving the nation’s peace and development. He underscored that the country’s progress is a result of resilient leadership and the cooperation of all Nigerians.
“Transformation is a covenant of partnership. If we all join hands together to support the reforms, Nigeria will become better and surely get to the promised land,” he said.
